Terms of Use

Sapixcraft is a Minecraft resource pack for Java and Bedrock. These terms cover the pack in every resolution, plus the add-ons and mod support packs I release with it.

If you download or use Sapixcraft, you agree to this page.

Get it from official sources

Copies from anywhere else are not from me and may be outdated, broken or unsafe.

You can

  • Edit it for yourself, and keep those edits private.
  • Use and show it in videos, streams, screenshots, and thumbnails on YouTube, Twitch, TikTok or any other platform, including monetized ones and ones showing the paid resolutions. A shoutout to the pack is greatly appreciated.
  • List Sapixcraft on other sites, as long as they don't host the files and they link to sapixcraft.com.
  • Include it in a free modpack without asking, as long as the files come from Modrinth or CurseForge. Embedding those files is fine. If Sapixcraft is the main pack, a shoutout is appreciated.
  • Publish your own add-ons that only work on top of Sapixcraft and only contain new or heavily modified textures, with no copied Sapixcraft files.
  • Publish mod support packs for Sapixcraft that only contain new or heavily modified textures, with no copied Sapixcraft files.
  • Keep using the Patreon files you downloaded after you stop supporting me.

Credit is appreciated but not required. If you'd like to credit the pack, use "Sapixcraft Resource Pack by Sapixcraft.com" with a link to sapixcraft.com, Modrinth or CurseForge.

Ask me first

  • Using Sapixcraft on a public server. I agree on the terms case by case.
  • Using it commercially in any way other than videos and streams, like merch, ads, paid maps or sponsored campaigns. This needs my written permission.
  • Using the textures or models outside Minecraft, like in another game or software.

You can't

  • Reupload, mirror or host the files anywhere, on any website or launcher.
  • Put Sapixcraft links behind ad links, link shorteners or paywalls.
  • Include it in a paid or paywalled modpack.
  • Use Sapixcraft textures in other resource packs, even just a few.
  • Publish a remix or edited version of Sapixcraft.
  • Port it from Java to Bedrock, or from Bedrock to Java.
  • Share, leak or resell the paid resolutions or early access files, not even with friends. This can get you removed from Patreon and banned from the Discord.
  • Use it to train, fine-tune or test AI models, or to build datasets for them.
  • Use it in NFTs or crypto projects.
  • Claim it as your own work, present your project as official Sapixcraft, or misuse the Sapixcraft name or logo.

Patreon and Marketplace

  • Refunds on Patreon are uncommon, since you can see what you get before you pay, but some are possible. Patreon's own refund policy still applies.
  • If you bought Sapixcraft on the Minecraft Marketplace, Microsoft's terms apply to refunds and licensing for that purchase.

Good to know

  • I own all textures and models in Sapixcraft. You get a license to use them as described here, not full ownership.
  • I can refuse or withdraw any permission at any time. If you break these terms, I may report violations and request takedowns.
  • The pack is provided "as is", without any warranty. It contains no programs, and files from official sources are safe, but it can still have bugs. Tell me on Discord if you find one.
  • In the very unlikely event of lost worlds, crashes, conflicts with mods or shaders, or other problems from using the pack, I'm not responsible. Keep backups of your worlds.
  • I can change these terms at any time. Changes apply as soon as they're posted here, and the date at the top shows the latest version. Using Sapixcraft after a change means you accept the new terms.
