Sapixcraft r1.4 — Sugarcane, Lightning Rods, Golden Dandelion, Copper & Iron Bars

This update brings custom models for sugar cane, lightning rods, and a full pass on bars — with reworks to match across the board.

I've also added native Respackopts support (a mod that lets you toggle individual pack features in-game without editing any files). More toggles may follow in future updates!

Updated Minecraft versions: 26.1, 1.21.11
